The cheese is made using fresh pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk and cream to create a sumptuous, smooth spreadable soft cheese with a rich texture. Our full fat, luxury soft cheese is around 24% fat content and is perfect for cheesecakes, cooking or spreading.
