Our Crème Fraiche is part of our cultured cream range and is made on the family farm in East Lothian from our fresh pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk. It has a fresh taste and can be spooned or poured. Ideal for cooking and sauces, it has a rich, creamy texture yet is lower in fat than you would expect. It is ideal to spoon over fruits and desserts.
