Yester Farm Dairies award-winning artisan dairy products are made on our family farm, Yester Mains, just outside the picturesque East Lothian village of Gifford. The farm is just 25 miles south of Edinburgh and one of only two dairy farms remaining in East Lothian. As well as a full range of retail products, we also supply the food service industry. All the milk from the farm’s 400 strong herd of traditional black and white Holstein Friesian cows is used to make Yester’s fabulous range of artisan dairy products right here on the farm.
