Our Set Soured Cream is part of our cultured cream range and is made on the family farm in East Lothian from our fresh pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk. This tangy, spoonable soured cream with a rich texture has a creamy, mild taste which makes it an ideal accompaniment for spicy dishes.
