PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Crème Fraiche is part of our cultured cream range and is made on the family farm in East Lothian from our fresh pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk. It has a fresh taste and can be spooned or poured. Ideal for cooking and sauces, it has a rich, creamy texture yet is lower in fat than you would expect, at around 20%. It is ideal to spoon over fruits and desserts.
